Thank you for visiting Fitness and Tactics. I’m Coach Ian Lewis.
I’ve spent decades training and coaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and Wrestling. Combined with my professional military background, these skills shaped an understanding of self defense, combatives, and defensive tactics. Whatever tactical skills you want to improve, I’m here to help you.
My coaching is technical and patient. I believe in helping people build real skill, and I love watching the confidence that grows from that process. Creating an open and inclusive environment is key to good culture. People and community are what keep the grappling arts alive.
Experience has shown me that kettlebell and bodyweight training make people, especially fighters, stronger, more capable, and more resilient.
I believe in discipline, human potential, and using strength for good.
